You will receive an email notification and receipt!

To begin using the Risk Assessment Wizard follow the steps below!

STEP 1

Press the button below to open the Risk Assessment Wizard. The application will open in a new window.

STEP 2

Enter your Username and Password into the login section of the application.

NOTE: Both your Username and your Password are the same!
They are the email address that you used to purchase the subscription to the Simple WorkSafe Risk Assessment Wizard.

It MAY take a few minutes before the username and password are set behind the scenes!

STEP 3

When you have opened the Risk Assessment Wizard, you should change your password!

NOTE: You cannot change your username!

Here’s how to change your password;

1. Open the Risk Assessment Wizard from here or press the button above
2. Go to the “Registers” button and press “Users”
3. Click on your User record (It will contain you email address)
4. Click “Edit” on the form that appears
5. Change your password
6. Answer the Lost Password Question and Answer
7. Press “Save”

You have now changed your password!
