How and why Simple WorkSafe was created?
No matter which country you live in or the type of business you operate Health and Safety legislation has evolved over recent years to become a massive headache that can seriously affect your operations. We found this out first hand!
We’d been involved in the operations management of mining camps, oil rigs, ships, and university campuses for many years. We designed systems that reduced the “paper shuffling” which was always a big part of operations management.
A trend began to develop near the end of the 20th century where health and safety legislation began to increase markedly. Consequently, our customers were finding that more time, money and resources needed to be placed on health and safety than ever before.
The trend became more concerning as a number of our most valued customers found themselves defending court actions.
They asked us to design a system to make it simpler to manage every aspect of health and safety they would need in order to comply with the law and reduce the risk of court actions.
This lead to the creation of the Simple WorkSafe.
Why does Simple WorkSafe cost much less than other management systems?
Some management system cost hundreds of dollars per month!
Most pricing is on a “per user” basis, and when many employees are using the system, the price escalates dramatically.
At Simple WorkSafe, our goal is to give small to medium-sized businesses a way to manage health and safety better and lower the risk of debilitating and costly court actions through better management.
To this end, we have priced the software to make it accessible to every business.
